    Lemon Myrtle Honey

Posted by Julie Daly on 15th Jul 2020

I have always loved the lemon myrtle honey , I use it to put on sweet chilli salmon. It gives it that extra flavour that it needs. I am very sorry to hear that you've closed and won't be able to purchase the honey anymore. If you ever decide to make anymore , I will be very interested in purchasing some more Lemon Myrtle Honey.

I absolutely love the lemon myrtle honey , it's a great additive to salmon or lamb when marinating. I have been using for quite sometime now and it's a big hit with everyone that have tried it.

Drizzled a little of this on cooked Atlantic salmon and it was just a delicious addition that complimented the fish.

I frequently use the lemon myrtle honey from Melita honey farm. I have it on top of my sweet chilli and lime marinated salmon and I highly recommend it. My son who lives on the Gold Coast has used it on lamb and he says that it is amazing.
