Manuka Honey can provide symptomatic relief from stomach ulcers and upset stomachs.

Wound healing improves when Manuka Honey is applied as the honey provides a moist environment in which skin cells can grow, whilst also having powerful antibacterial properties too.

If suffering from a cold or flu take a teaspoon of Manuka Honey in a glass of warm (not hot) water with the juice of one lemon.

Or use Manuka Honey like any other normal honey. It has a delicious earthy flavour.

    Manuka Honey

Posted by Jason on 13th Feb 2019

We have visited the retail shop one year ago and my kids like the honey. Therefore, we bought one package of six bottles online. The taste is similar to the one we tried before but there were some small particles inside each bottle. We guessed this is natural?

Hi Jason, thanks for your review. The particles you mention are crystals. Honey crystallises naturally over time. Some people actually prefer crystallised honey to liquid honey. However if you prefer your honey in the liquid state then you can gently warm the honey, this will dissolve the crystals.

    Best manuka honey

Posted by Katie on 11th Jan 2019

My family love this honey, believes it to be the best on the market. Don't be put off by lack of UMF/MGO number, we strongly believe this is better than UMF30+. My daughter swears Melita healed her sore throat faster than UMF30+ I bought once. And Melita manuka is sweeter. We now only buy Melita Manuka - have been using it for over 10 years - and highly recommend them to all family and friends
